The Edible Archive is an interactive, edible food museum that is based in London (but also travels!). We host educational, accessible and fun supper clubs and events, as well as publish food-related content and research.

Our aim is to educate through food and to explore the idea of thinking through eating.

T.E.A was started in 2021 by Julia Georgallis. Having worked in teaching bakeries and as a university tutor, Julia is passionate about both eating and learning - her work revolves around the idea of using food as an important tool to educate and empower.

The Edible Archive is a friendly, accessible means to learn, experience and explore food and drink.

We are unsatisfied with the, at times, overly cerebral world of food journalism that neglects the sensory aspect of cooking and eating, as well as with the exclusive, often superficial world of immersive dining experiences that have become so prevalent in recent years.  It is our firm belief that everyone should have a seat at the table to join the discussion over food and all the issues that surround it.
